Suka-suka

Finally the PM proves that he is a caring PM.  Telling the rakyat that there would be no reduction in fuel prices just a few days ago, he decided to risk his popularity and reduced the fuel prices anyway.  He said that he doesn’t care what people say about him.  He says that if he needs to make a decision that would benefit the rakyat, he will do so without flinching.  "I don’t care what people say or what the opposition say, I’ll do it my way"  See how much he cares for you and me.

Petrol has been reduced by 15 cents.  See how much he cares for you and me!

I’m not bitter about the reduction.  I’m just pissed off that the government thinks that we are brainless monkeys who jumps up and down every time they throw out some banana skins.  I’m pissed off at the way they think they are our saviour because they reduced the petrol price.  You just watch these fellas talking about the reduction on tv.  Wah, so proud I tell ya.

Please lar Pak Lah!  Any Tom, Dick and Harry can tell you that nothing is going to change with such a minimal reduction.  You can’t expect transportation companies to reduce their charges by such an insignificant reduction.  So don’t act as if we the rakyat should put you on a pedestal because of 15 cents!

And the DPM even ‘merajuk’ saying that there would be no more fuel rebates if the rakyat doesn’t appreciate them.  Can someone tell him that there would be no more votes for BN if there were no more fuel rebates?  And what about the fuel rebates?  Is the amount going to remain the same when fuel prices has been reduced?  So Rakyat B would get the same rebates as Rakyat A even though Rakyat A paid RM2.70 for petrol?  All these measures taken by the government only shows that not much thought had been put into them.  These are decisions made on the fly.  These are decisions made…. as the PM says "I’ll do it my way", his way.  Suka-suka he decides to say no reduction.  Suka-suka he decides to reduce.

Just like the other day when he suka-suka decided to try out the kommuter and lrt services.  Please lah Pak Lah!  What are you doing?  Please don’t tell me that you did not hear about all the grouses about our public transportation all these years!?  The rakyat had been complaining and complaining and where did all those complaints go?  You mean it took all these years of complaining to get you out of your office to have a look?  So how many more years of complaining do we have to do to get you to do something?  And why are you out there anyway?  Didn’t you get any report from the Transport Ministry?  What the fuck is the Transport Minister doing?  He should be aware of the problems and have some suggestions by now!  Not ask you to go see for yourself!

This only shows that nothing is currently being done to ease the rakyat’s burden!  That the government is only now looking into the problem.  Suka-sukalah you!
